Your pack shipment

Delivery will be made at the risk of the purchaser at the place indicated by him or his

mandated to ensure it is accessible and that security of supply is ensured

providing safe access roads, paved and passable.

The company Deflandre and Son can not be held liable for damage caused in the path

In case of delay due to difficulties in arriving at the delivery address or as a result

The time of delivery provided by the company Deflandre and Son is given as approximate, unless

if the purchaser has agreed in writing at a specific time of the order and that the company Deflandre and Sons agreed.

 

 

The price payable for the goods is the price of the day, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing;

Complaints about the quality of materials delivered must be brought under penalty of

forfeiture at the time of delivery (if delivered by boat, before the start

unloading operations). The complaints that we receive after delivery will not be accepted.

Each delivery is accompanied by a delivery (if delivered by boat,

lading and / or proper loading), on which the quantity, composition and / or

quality materials. If the quantity, composition and / or quality contained on the purchase

delivery does not correspond with the order, the buyer must notify us immediately and let
